What would you recommend as a good CRM? The one easy to use. Please tell few words why this can be a good choice.
SugarCRM is awesome -- vtiger is as well but there aren't even close to as many extensions and sugarcrm, you can add more to it to make it more and more like the yearly paid version
We use Mainstreet Commerce Businessflow order management system. It lacks in CRM, but it's so versatile that you can integrate anything with it to improve on weaknesses. It does lack timely support though.
It depend what you want,i am a builder in Soth Wales in the Uk and i use Desk Quote Professional, although you might say it is not a true CRM,it has worked well for me,from start of the job to the end of the job,it tells me who done what, how much i made/lost,did i order to much material for that job,the hours i allocated for that job was i over/under.It is also generic, and is a great software for any business which manufactures anything and wants to keep a eye on what stage the job is at
I would highly recommend INFUSIONSOFT. They are great. Included is the shopping cart, email marketing, affiliate program, and lots more. I know they have great videos that basically tell you what they do. They have a 7 or 14 day free trial. Here is the link... http://www.infusionsoft.com Hope that helps! Tony
