    Been using blogger with pretty good success and would now like to extend my portfolio.

    There are lots of plugins available for wordpress seo...

    E..g. All-in-seo pack.. So wordpress is the best.

    As mentioned wordpress is by far the best - you'll also find some rather useful SEO plugins on the wordpress website (as suggested by MeetHere)...

    if you want SEO for Google, try Blogger. it gives faster results because blogger is own by google.

    wordpress needs a lot of tweaking to get it good for SEO - but an out of the box SEO'ed wordpress can be found by using Semiologic.
