I strongly suggest the manual submission instead on the use of automated software. Automated submission is a form of black hat technique which i think could cause some harm on your site
I haven't used any tool for article submission. I don't recommend it at all. Article submission software is no good, there's no way for you to monitor where it submits the article.

Nice find. Go ahead and use the article submitter. What you want to stay away from is the automatic article writers, or spinners. The results the produce are absolutely horrible. You'll hear that using automated software and tools is Black Hat, that's BS. Utilize all available tools, it's the only way to be successful. Think of a Doctor using an experimental treatment on a patient, some people say it's bad, but if it does the job, then it can't be all that bad can it? You won't get penalized, banned, strung up by your toes, or experience any other fate of that kind. The only thing that might happen, (and I stress might) Google might decrease the value placed on article links.
