Looking at php mysql. I want to know what is the best out there for price, able to modify easily, lightweight, and best for SEO (mod rewrite, etc).
I'm looking for one that others can submit articles to, like article dashboard. That's really the only one I can think of though. Are their others that are better?
You can set up WordPress to allow other people to post articles too. I'm not sure if you can moderate them first or not, but I would bet that there's a mod that would let you do it.
