The thing is, make sure that the Affiliate Program suits your interest and is to your advantage. It's not good to join something that will just lead you to nowhere in the future.

My advice: look for something that has already made a good track record in the field of Affiliate Marketing.

The best affiliate program of course should have a positive feedback, and again customer service and care should be your concern, a good company will always take care of their affiliate and customers.

I agree with blastboy. A good program is something that works for the advantage of both the merchants and the affiliates. Personally, I like Gatelys Affiliate Programs because they do not just make you work. Their stores houses products and provide services that are designed to make you work and have fun at the same time.

I don't think Paid To Read Email sites and things like that are allowed to join, but I definately know that some of the CPA Affiliate Networks allow you to use incentives with their offers.

There are a few CPA Affiliate Networks online. I have over 100 in my affiliate programs directory alone.

What do you mean, do you mean is it free to add an affiliate program submission? If so, then it is free as longs as the is a link pointing back to your site in return. The link must be on a page that either has alot of other affiliate program directories and is a minimum of 2 clicks away from the homepage or if it would be on it's own or with other sites then it will have to be 1 click away from the homepage. Most people normally put my link and other affiliate directories links on the same page as their actual affiliate program information / details.

I've had some affiliate submissions in the past where the link back to me, but the page that they place the links on can't be found as there is no links pointing to it even from their own site.

Also, why do you ask? I'm asking out of curiosity

Thanks John. I'm just asking because isn't it that the first step in testing an Affiliate Program is to submit it to Affiliate Directories? This is the reason why I'm curious about your Affiliate Program Directories. One question though --

What do you mean by this -- "If so, then it is free as longs as the is a link pointing back to your site in return. The link must be on a page that either has alot of other affiliate program directories and is a minimum of 2 clicks away from the homepage or if it would be on it's own or with other sites then it will have to be 1 click away from the homepage."

Personally, I prefer affiliate program submissions that has been around for a little while or programs that are quite new, but looks like they are going to be successful or think they are going to be successful. The reasons for this is because I want to offer my visitors good quality affiliate programs that will not fraud them and will be around for sometime. It also takes about 20 minutes for my team to manually check through and approve each submission. Currently about 25% of submissions get declined.

Sorry, I meant this -- "If so, then it is free as long as there is a link pointing back to the affiliateseeking.com site in return. The link must be on a page that either has alot of other affiliate program directories listed on it and the page on your site is a minimum of 2 clicks away from your homepage or if the affiliateseeking.com text link will be on it's own without any other affiliate directories listed on the same page on your site then it will have to be 1 click away from the homepage."

Hope you understood that a little better.

You mentioned about affiliateseeking.com, are you in a way related to this? When I submitted one Affiliate Program to AffiliateSeeking.com it did not give me any reciprocal link that I can add to our own site. If this is so, then does that mean I can't enjoy the FREE sumission advantage? :(

I am related to the site. I guess you must have missed the link just above the form fields in the submission form and didn't read all of the text. That includes a link that leads you to a page that displays what links can be used.

    The url is: http://www.affiliateseeking.com/recip.htm

    Hope that helps.

Also, what was the url of the site submitted. The approval of sites can take anywhere from 1 day - 24 days. I will try and get yours approved within a day or 2 if it mees the sites criteria.

You're right John! I got so excited trying to finish the submission task and might have ignored the recip code. Is that a major turn off for AffiliateSeeking.com staff? :(

I tried to submit an Affiliate Program that time and I thought the directory isn't reciptocated and accepts regular submission. So I didn't bother to read all of the text. Sorry for that...

Wow! You're really nice. I don't know if I'm worthy of all these free services from you John :)
