This is something I'm doing now but with video, I make about 50 spam videos every day and upload them to Youtube from different accounts, when a user visits my site a gateway pops up telling them they must fill out a survey to gain access to my content, every time a survey is completed I get paid $0.20 - $2.00. Just an idea for you and I use CPAlead.com they allow incentivized offers.
cpalead will be a good option for you, more import is that you do not need to care about the offers, they will list the top offers available, all you have to do is add the gateway code on your site
Affiliate.com has a couple $20/lead ringtone offers. Why not offer the user a ringtone for the song featured in the music video they are watching?
