Theres over 100 cpa networks with reviews here where some of them allow incentive sites and have incentive offers.

    Sites include CPAStorm, IncentRewards, etc.

    Good luck with your website.

Check out my site, Relative Cash. It has categorized affiliate networks, which ones are reliable and which ones to avoid. The link is in my sig. If you need additional support, please contact me. I would be happy to help!

Every site has some different programs. Some might be better than others for certain topics. I think it depends on what products you can list on your site and who has ones that do well.

Most are categorized in an Incent category, some just have a description that lets you know if you can incent or not...however when in doubt, always check with your Account Manager.

    CPA Storm states:

So no incentive sites are allowed entirely or do the offers individually state whether incentives are allowed?

Before someone recommends NeverBlueAds, they no longer accept incentivized sites.

Finding decent companies that approve incentivized sites is like finding a needle in a haystack!

Edit: Joined the site mentioned by styntru2u, seems to be worth a try.

There are tens and hundreds of networks working out there 24x7. Choosing the one works for you is the trick.
