What's that copy/paste tool?

I read somewhere on the forum, a guy made a tool that allowed you to copy multiple things and paste them using hotkeys. Does anyone know where I can download that? It would help me, in my life.

Might anyone have some user feedback on all those copy/paste tools that skibladner referenced?

 

basically most of them do the same thing except some are lean and mean and others are bloatware
