What's so wrong about this one..

Hey. I opened up several blogs lately, all doing ok except this one.

I would like you to review the ads placement and the how things looks overall.
I have around 50 unique per day, which isn't much, but CTR is awful, something around 0.50%. What do you think is the problem? Tech navy traffic, bad design, bad placement?

The content is about a MMORPG game, "Tibia".

It is really hard to say why people do not click on some ads. Your adsense block fits the theme nicely. Your problem might just be the low traffic. One site I have just started is only getting between 50 and 100 unique visits a day and its ctr is about 1.26 %. (shot up to 8.7 % but those were ruled invalid clicks)Then there is the possibility that the demographics your visitors fall into are not the type to click on the ads. I would give the site a little while to see if the CTR improves before doing a re-design. Good luck.

The additional 468x60 ad in post body wouldn't hurt much and it should increase the CTR a lot.

Select different color scheme for your site , this is not looking perfect fro your niche

 

Design is too wishy-washy and depressive

 

Design is simple... Oh and HTML doesn't passes validation, check on that.

I don't like the design. There seems to be a lot of clutter and no clear point to what the site presents to someone that is unfamiliar with it.

 

Alright, well, it's a shitty site to be honest, catchy.. but it's not that bad and it should make me some money.
