What's Should be No. of Sidewide Navigational Links?

    I want to know that what should be the number of the left side navigational links of a website from SEO point of view.

    I am not sure i understand but if it helps crawlers stop counting links after 100 links. They can be internal or external

    As minorityslam said, there is no maximum - other than the recommendation to keep your total number of links to less than 100.

    From a usability perspective though, if you have 100 menu links, I'd link to the main sections on the main menu, and then have each section have its own submenu. Obvioulsy this would work best with a horizontal main menu across the top with a section menu along the left or right side. Depending on the structure of the site, you could even have the top and subsections in the main menu via a dropdown (I recommend the Son of Suckerfish dropdown menu if using such a tactic) and then the sub-sub-sections as your section menu along the side.
