What's PayPal doing?

    Hi there,

On the 2nd of February I sent $1 as a gift to an Indian friend of mine. It was then reversed, on the 4th, due to the "Indian PayPal fiasco". It's status now says "Temporary Hold - Placed". I don't have the $1 in my account though.

If I click for details it says this:

The payment has already been taken from my bank... shouldn't it be in my account now?

Also, I bought some XBL keys/codes from somebody I know. I sent them $30 on the 5th, then on the 9th she said that PayPal had limited her account. I checked and I had received a refund from her. It then went to " Temporary Hold By PayPal - Placed" like the other transaction... but no sign of my money. It left my bank already.

Just wondering if anybody has any idea of what might be happening?

i think Paypal is trying to reduce lose of money due to reversals for indian a/c.
i n my experience paypal takes money from me and my client got my works. if this happen to all my transfers i will become bankrupted. so due to Complaints from people paypal trying to resolve the issues to indian a/c. i think paypal will automatically resend money to indian a/c which is reversed.
