What is nudity according to Google? Have a look at this site drunkcelebs.com...Do you think ads on such a site should be allowed? The most amazing thing was the ads displayed on the site.....99% of them are MFAs with Ads description as "Jessica Simpson Sex Tape", "Sexy Bikinis" etc. Is Google so short of money that such things are allowed now?
Here is the thing to keep in mind about these sites with nudity, or enough "near" nudity to qualify as "mature content": you only see those Adsense ads on them NOW, but they won't last. I've seen it time and time again; these webmasters just have no idea what they are doing, they have either NOT read the TOS or they think they can skirt it. Sooner or later (usually sooner) they'll lose their account and you'll start seeing Adbrite replacing those Adsense ads. It always happens, sooner or later...
some hi5.com profiles have near nudity mature content and adsense is shown.? there is no exact definition for mature content
As long as you're a premium publisher, you're gonna be kept. At most, you get a warning from G team. G wants $, so they definitely won't make themselves stupid dropping a serious money maker. As long as nipples and genitals are invisible, it ain't nudity at all. Google TOS simply refers to adult content as a whole, not just nudity. Yes, then no porn, violence, erotic text, gambling, gun, etc.
