What's next?

Recently I bought a xbox forum and I am getting about 500 visitors and 20 new members a day. 60% of the traffic from google search. But most of my members they don't post in the forum. I started couple reward programs to encourage them to post but seems not working..:(

What should I do next? My website is No.1 in google, yahoo, MSN search for certain keywords..

    Thanks...

How about asking some friends and family to start some interesting threads to get the conversations flowing?

Like xy7dura said an attractive title can also help to lure people to click on your forum threads.

Have you made it easy to sign up to the forum? This could be something worth looking at.

    Have a fantastic day.

You need to get friends and family to post new threads, as mentioned above. You can even create multiple accounts to get the action going.

    1. Start some threads that could interest your friends and invite them to post their comments.

    2. Keep it simple to register for an account.
    3. From the older posts, try to understand the knowledge and the interests of the members and send them notifications on some new and relevant threads.

Make sure that the invitations are not very frequent, since people tend to get irritated.
