Hello friends, I just want to know that now-a-days whats new in our SEO field. Apart from doing DS, Article Subm., SB, Link exchange and all other things in pure white hat seo. I am just eager to hear from all you SEO master's about the new things that is implementing now-a-days to promote sites and to get the desired result. Pls reply some good suggestions and helpful things.

don't cut jock now. Three way link exchange is very old method. He is talking about latest update? I didn't get any new yet if anybody got than let me know.
Some of the methods like sponsoring wordpress themes have already become old. Some people are still able to use widgets and CMS plug-ins for getting backlinks. You might want to try those.
Use squidoo lenses and hub pages in building link not only to your home page but also to your inner pages.

The latest update is in PPC - Google Behavioral Based Advertising, more and more search engines such as MSN and Google try to match the result of searches as specific as they can, such as ages, gender, income, jobs which is the good thing for advertiser.
I personally dont think theres anything new at the moment thats significant, a lot of it is fad like, works for a little while maybe until everyone jumps on the bandwagon of something then the search engines get wise to it and onto the next thing people go.

Nothing new: hard work and tedious blog commenting, forum posting, and other time consuming methods. No complaints here, they actually work to my advantage because my competition is TOO LAZY to do the SEO work.
I think it does work as we do experiment for various task in SEO. Experiments in proper way can give you good output.
