What's My Site Worth?

This is completely hypothetical, but if I ever decided to sell my website, www.MusicLemon.com, how much do you think I could get for it? My partner Steve and I are very pleased with the revenue and traffic, so we don't see ourselves selling any time soon. Regardless, we still want to know what we COULD get for it if we ever do decide to do so.

That's from Chitika.com -- we haven't gotten a payment yet but that's because we're on our first month

We have an average of about 1.5 - 2k uniques each day, about 600 repeats, and about $35-40/day on our ads

So assuming that these circumstances prove to be identical within the next couple of months, how much is this site going to be worth?

I've read that your price could be between 10x and 30x monthly income. But that's for sites with established income and that's not your case.
BTW, your question would be more related on the sites subforum

Usually, I say that your site is worth your monthly net revenue multiply 12 or 24months.

So basically If you make $100 a month, you should sell your site for $1200 or its increments up to 3 years for example.

Grab a calculator and figure out.

 

whatever the selling value right now it will be considerably higher in the next 6 month even if you keep making the same income because of those "established" factor.

Based on the Alexa Rank, Compete.com rankings, back links in Yahoo Explorer I wouldn't beleive the traffic. I also don't beleive you have a $30eCPM rate from 2 ads on a site that attracts freebie hunters.

So I would not even consider purchasing this site.

But that's just me being skeptical and I could be wrong
