    whats it worth

    Similar to selling domains its worth what the buyer is willing to pay, one person may not see much worth in your site, another may be willing to pay much more for it.

    Depends what the buyer needs in place, maybe after domain age? types of listings, maybe pr, maybe no pr required by a buyer, depends on the conditions sold under.

    Ive seen houses purchased where the buyer has never even seen the house, the skill of a buyer can turn around a not so great site, they may even over pay.

    I would say

    domain cost
    $30 if it gets 100+ traffic a day
    $30 if over 1000 pages are indexed
    $__ if you have a unique template

    The fact that its a free PR3 directory means nothing. I'm sure you'll get low $xxx for it though as theres always buyers around.

    If it is paid it may be more attractive because of revenue, I mean I know people who were trying to sell directories.

    One was selling a PR3 directory like you, the buyer wasn't interested at all, but the $120/month revenue got the buyer to pay $400 for it.

    I would change the dir to paid, advertise it heavily and sell it in 3-6 months.

    Yes it was, and might have offended some. Thanks. Now that you've posted the link to the directory I can answer. Its worth whatever the script cost you, (that's assuming the licence can be transferred), together with about $10 for the domain name as its nothing to write home about. If someone wants it for the PR then yes you do have a chance of $200 - $500 but that will be the only time someone will want it. I'm not sure if you bought it to sell but good luck either way.

    hi, yes good point. i did develop it for a reason but now found a better domain so will get rid of it but still promote it as much as i can
