need some dp'er opinions here. if a site is ranked #1 (organic results) for a term with 20,800,00 results, yeah i know thats almost 21 million...what is it worth? not trying to P.O. any mods so im not asking for bids or anything like that. not posting a link or pitching. just want some opinions. i'll answer questions...just not trying to get in any trouble. thanks everyone for your thoughts-joel
Really depends on ALOT of things, you need to give some more basic information on the stuff zexy just posted.
I guess I would want to know are you already selling something on the site, if so, what is the conversion rate?
Since there are lots of content on this subject.. there must be lots of interest in it? Check the keyword popularity (you can use overture's keyword suggestion tool or any similar tool to calculate that). Also the amount of unique visitors and impressions that are sent to your site. The type of niche also matters..
Definately lacking some key details. It can be VERY impressive, or a so what? Check out how many times people search that keyword or keyphrase per day, IMO, that will really tell how far you can stick your chest out when you say you are #1 in 21 mil.
listing in #1 doesn't mean you will worth anything much without good content and information. should tell us some more info so we can tell you something.
