Hello. New to this forum and AdSense as well. I just recently incorporated AdSense into my forum. I've noticed in just the past three days high page impressions with very few clicks. Today's page impressions alone are already at 1,360. Clicks are only at 1 with a CTR of 0.07% My questions is will I ever see earnings as a result of the page impressions? Hi, Nice forum! We were having the same problem. What we found is you have to play with the ads a bit. On your site I would make a few suggestions. The ads on the left side might work better if you match them to the forum colors and move them up more. The ads at the top may work better if you use a horizontal 4-5 link unit. and you may try orange links on black to match you forum nav. Last, you may want to put ads in the treads. I've seen (SMF) forum mods for this. The one I seen was like "ads after first post" or something like that. Just keep playing with them. Name your ads (Left links, Top Content ads...etc.) Make channels for each ad to see which is getting clicked and change the ones that are not. Watch the results for a week at a time to see whats working. hope this helps! Rep is always much welcome!!!
Try TribalFusion or some other CPM system. AdSense has a very low CTR on forums, you can do nothing about it.
