actually was trying to optimize a site were i got the answer to ping my site syndicate it and all and basically i never heard this terms be4 for SEO purpose. So while was trying to builds an RSS for my site i came across the site which has these option of ping podcast syndicate so i just want to know how to use this for SEO.
