    I am not a fan of free web hosting, but you can try 000webhost.com, looks like it's not bad.

    Hosting is getting so cheap, it really make sense to invest in a good host especially for web master which depends on the Internet and the uptime of their hosts for a living. Some of the free hosts esp 000webhost is extremely good but still being free it does not owe you any obligations. It is definitely safer on a paid hosting.

    Free hosting is best for hobby sites etc.

    I prefer free hosting in development phase, and a paid option for regular site. I would suggest Free host with php5 & Mysql5 for you though. No ads and excellent performance, you get 250MB and additional features.

    may want to google search free web hosting, try to find a host that won't have ads on your site or in your control panel, i would imagine that is annoying.

    Also you could check out FortuneCity.com they are a huge provider.
