Whats happening with my Wordpress RSS?

hi friends,

can someone help me found and fix the problem of my wordpress rss ?
I want to show full text, but all posts ends with [...]
I already did:
- Settings => Reading.
- Make sure that the "For each article in a feed, show " option is set to "Full text".

But my RSS is keeping to show only excerpts and not full texts...
Can someone help me please?

I already tried to disable all plugins, but problem continues...

because your using the_excerpt_rss even when your checking for rss_use_excerpt ...
