What's happening to my posts?

In the last week I've posted three times in various sections of the forums but each the time I come back to the topic the post has disappeared. I'm clicking on the submit button at the bottom to post a quick reply. What am I doing wrong?

Trisha, I just did a quick scan of your posts and see nothing deleted.

I have intended to post something and get distracted and never hit the submit button or hit the back button and loose my post. In the future I suggest you view the post before leaving the thread,

Now there is a possibility the thread in which you posted could have been moved to a different forum. Users sometimes fail to check to be sure their threads are started in the correct area.

Good luck and welcome to DP.

all you need do is look at your subscriptions in your control panelk. you should find your posts from there if they have been moved.

It's very odd but I was trying to read the threads that I had subscribed to by using the control panel and I couldn't find my posts. When I navigated to the posts via different means my literary efforts were there in all their glory.

In the UserCP, you will only see stuff that has no posts that you haven't read yet.

Shawn aren't you automatically subscribed to any thread you post in or is that personalisable? The reason I ask is that in the control panel there is an option to 'view all subscriptions' I use this when looking for threads I have posted in!
