3000/day isn't bad for a beginner. Google doesn't pay much as far as I know. What niche does your site cater to?

For other beginners I met, they can earn 2-4 $ per 1000 impression. That means you can 200-300 $ per month by that I think... but it depends what kind of content that site is.

    Yes 3000 page impressions/day isn't bad.
You should aim for a CTR of 10%, anything above that I would say is a bonus.;)

If your site is where you want to earn money off the products you sell then about 7% is reasonable and where you would want it [just collecting the ones who don't find what they want on your site]

If your site is about publishing and earning money from the ads then 20%+

thanks for the very fast answers!
@DomainMaster: My site is a webmaster information site about macromedia flash. I show tutorials (over 50 step by step).

@Shoemoney: How can i find out the "uniq HUMAN users" i have google analytics and webalizer installed - can i see that anywhere?

@Subzero: A CTR of 10% is very far away for me. I thought a CTR over 3% is critical noticeable for google...

By translating your tutorials in English you will probably get a lot more traffic, since you can then submit them to tutorial directories like pixel2life.com which can send quite a bit of traffic at your site.
