theispas.org.uk is a rating site for many consumer products. I recieved a letter a while ago from Virgin Broadband and they included that they were winner of the "Best Consumer ISP", and included a picture of the award badge in the letter. So i looked up this site (theispas.org.uk) and didn't think it looked too official. Turns out has little to no backlinks, isn't indexed in Google but somehow has a PR6. Whats also adds to this, is that ISPA (Internet Service Providers Association) has many similar sites, so i dont know which one is legit.

Could they be owned/working with Virgin, to obtain an award? And also what does it take for a site like this to give out awards badges that companies can print on their website?

thanks but i have. Doesn't seem to exist in Google. I was just wondering if it was possible for Virgin to use it to promote itself
