Whats going on with my site !? Pls

Well i m going nuts with this..year ago my blogspot was deindexed from google..and i ask at google groups why it is..they say me low content..like you add just videos ( then i thought wtf youtube is all about that).. i believe due the panda update..as my blog work great for two years.

So i decide to open website and make it even better write lots of news,previews and similar and i m doing it..but at first it was bad...little of visitors..then it grow up trough search engine..and i use to get few thousands of people..to my site just trough google..and even just video post receive avarage 500-1000 viewers,and then again something happen..Google bots started to swamp my site and every day for at the least week and half they are using about 3 gb of my bandwidth..just them.

after that..my site traffic drops for 70 % and even my articles which usualy got 1000 viewers start to get only <100 viewers.

My adsense ads start to show completely inrelevant ads ,and to show just to 60-70 % of visitors.

So im going nuts as i dont know what to do anymore..my competitors have great traffic just for their video post..i doesnt have any sense..i got pr 4

I try and optimaze site for seo and it doesnt work..so anyone..any help pls ..site is footballtarget dot com

Well i didnt use any Blackhat,thats for sure..i dont have time for anything except writting stuff...but its a first time to hear about sandbox..i google it and searchenginegenie dot com say my site is in Sandbox.
Maybe that explain recent runs of google bots to my site.
It driven me nut..working so much on my site..and always some problems i see lots of spam blogs that have 3x and more of my traffic ..so demotivating ..

So question is..as i dont know how i come here..what to do next..how to get out ?

 

If you are sure about that you are in Sandbox, then it may take 2 to 3 weeks or more to recover from sandbox or you can just ask google team in google webmaster tool forum. there are lots of google experts but no one can give you the exact solution.
