What's going on with google PR update?

no PR change for me as yet
hope the update isn't finish and i get a PR soon

 

Thanks everybody for sharing their PR status...I didn't see any change in my around 300 sites except 1. but PR has been weird for that site all the time. I think in last 4 months it chaged 4 to 5 times..lol...it was PR 2 .. then went to PR 1... again came to PR 2......went to PR 1... now i have noticed It came back to PR 2...lol..whatever ...let see what happens in future.. keep posting if u have any latest news...

 

Yep.. I've also saw this happened in several sites.. Maybe it's mean that they're doing something.. I hope they will update the PR soon.

 

this update will trouble people who sell link in their web for long term (ie 1 year)
to me traffic is the most valuable then PR
you dont want to buy link from high PR with no/less traffic..

 

I think the PR update is going on right now...because I have lost PR of almost 20 blogs...and but it seems pretty strange. Because my 100 casino blogs seem to have major changes whereas my other 100 blogs of different blogs seems to have untouched. No movement observed for that lot of blogs....I m not getting any pattern..

let's see hat happens.

Maybe they just specially dropped yours because they got sick of people making billions of low quality sites.

 

I was just reading about this, I've not taken notice as my site was barely around to see the last update. Anyway what it said was strange was that google wasn't 1st place for the search term "search engine" which it always used to be.

 

ohhh really...wise opinion..

But u know It's kind of right of people to make website...and u probably don't work for Google so don't be over sure abt anything..

u better do what u do..n keep ur negative wise opinions to urself... i requested for some informative opinions and facts not some oversmart hypothesis

PR is just a measure. I have seen site with pr1 and pr0 havinging huge traffic. Don't worry about it. If you keep working with your seo you have nothing to be afraid.

 

i think the pr updation was happened recently.

 

I think it started before one week and it will end to the end of the month. The update usually needs 2-4 week in order to happen to all the websites.

 

Time for a new opinion ...

I just saw a change on one of my secondary pages. A pretty big dip from PR3 to nothing. Fortunately, the page was just an article index for my site, and not one I need found from the outside.

Pagerank is practical in my opinion. And as long as Google does it, it brings attention to them. They don't pay all that money to run computers on this stuff for nothing.

 

i hope next PR updated dont wash away my PR from domain I just buy..

I heard that they're updating PR on 31dec
Might be another rumor

 

i am agree with arun sunder But sime time its needed urgent like when we make target to make a page high ranked so google knows better updating times

Well ... it seems all my other blogs PR is still intact....no changes other than the change I ve mentioned previously.

PR means nothing. My website is still PR0 and I am at the top for many competitive keywords..

 

i heard that google doesn't update PR for crap blogs and sites these days
