What's going on here ?

I tried looking for a contact us link on this site and I was unable to find one and I am quite ticked off regarding the moderation of this forum.

I made a post in the partnership forums which I received an infraction for.. When making a post it ask you do you believe that "x" is the best thread for your posting.. So if the user does not pick a good enough category to post in regarding post relevancy they deserve an infraction.

I also made a posting regarding website development. The 2 different post that I made were for diff people that I need developing a website and they were made on different days.. I received an infraction for that also.. Doesn't it make sense to only give those infractions for multiple post of the same exact thing if the post were on day to day. Additionally may I mention the amount of time-outs that I get on this website when trying to access it certain times and I receive errors of please wait until 60seconds to make the next post and by that time I have duplicate post.

In all respect - I think that the people that you all give infractions to can be compared to the cops nit picking at people to give them a ticket... Everyone is here for a service no one is here to do harm and if someone post something in a respectful manner and it just does not match the category simply move it.. Why give someone an infraction if they are trying to comply with the rules.

2ndly if you all notice that the same post has been made and you know that users do not have the ability to delete there own post why not give a reminded or investigate the reason why there are two postings.

I can't find a link or a phone # to contact you all so I posted here.. I may receive an infraction for this also even though I am just doing my best trying to comply with the rules here.
