lol that "red gravy stuff" is baked beans! Haven't you seen them before? That's interesting...I thought they were everywhere.
Man that is nasty! All I have is cereal. Although I would love to have mushrooms in the morning, yum! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_pudding it's damn blood.
i see. a lot of people in Taiwan eat that too. I though it is their food And the white stuff in the black pudding is fat?
and what do you drink? Tea? coffee? juice This is typical breakfast in Hongkong (the western style and the dim sum) Western - fried egg, piece of ham/spam, toast, instant noodles/Macaroni http://lh5.ggpht.com/pencket/R3SomOOcDHI/AAAAAAAACnY/og6TjDGwjTU/IMG_1555.JPG?imgmax=512 Dim sum style http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/80/Dimsum_breakfast_in_Hong_Kong.jpg
they taste good but it is bad for health most stuff you see in this picture are high in Carbs and fat
Well how do eat peanut butter and jelly (Jam in the UK) sandwiches??!!?! Also Haggis is lovely! Sheeps intestines cooked in the linen of its stomach. Yum!!
Yikes! Looks good (bacon is the ultimate food for me), but I don't think I would eat it (too unhealthy). Typical breakfast for me is a bowl of oats and a glass of orange juice.
Anyone have any serious health conditions, I would lay off the bacon. I know a nice bowl of oatmeal with fruit is no replacement, but your heart will like it.
