What's favicon.ico?

    Can you tell me what is it and why my "last hits" show that visitor tried open it, but could not?

    A favicon is the little icon you see to the left of the address bar in your browser. For example, Google's is the colored g. Your site may be calling favicon.ico and you may not have one uploaded which is why it says your users couldn't access it. You can either edit your site to get rid of that code or upload a favicon.
