Rules What's Duplicate Marketplace's Item Mean?

    I had worked hard to create my digital product several days ago. I then list it in DP Marketplace on ebook section. About two days after I promote my item's page, someone then come to me asking for a discounted price or free copy. I can't gave it since that product is very special for me.

    In the morning after denied that request, I found my item's page was marked as duplicate and I get an infraction. What's a headache. I don't know what the actual reason was, since I developed that product from scratch and it is not even a rehashed content, it is unique.

    I remember that I created a page with the same title for development purpose, but I couldn't updated its product, so I created another one and then disabled the thread since I can't deleted it. May be it is the reason.

    But, could any DP staff help me?

    If that product is not allowed to be listed here, then please help me to just access the product salespage, I need the sales copy to publish it somewhere else that is allowing it.

    If you already haves product, you can't add it again. You would want to edit the original one instead.

    But I couldn't update the product with the original one.. The first product that I uploaded was a salesletter. I thought it can be deleted, so I just create a test with it.
