I would check with Google before implementing Adsense on site. It is not worth loosing your account by an account violation.
Be careful on how sexy a banner you create. For sure, no nudes, or partial nudes. I have heard of sites where adsense was disabled because of banners. Also other ads on the site. Same with those blogs that have to use vulgar language.
Do you think this page is fine? http://www.virtualpetlist.com/graphics/myspace/myspace-sexy-extended-banners.php
This whole topic seems a little ambiguous. I was asked by someone (the owner) for advice on this site http://www.bangkoksexy.com/indexs.php. I told him he should be careful about his Adsense account for various reasons one being the adult content of the site (I also stressed that I am NOT an expert - that was just my opinion - my field is marketing). He wrote to Google and asked them to review the site and they replied saying it was "fine" to add Adsense Ads. Now I personally would say that many of those pictures ARE adult. It seems that different peoples views on what is adult and what isnt differ greatly and that Google's version of the description is actually far more lenient than many of us might imagine.
Try turning the TV on in Europe after midnight, now you've got adult. You see pictures like in the banner in daily papers, ok magazine etc. I don't think it's top shelf stuff. (just my view on it)
Where did you get the girls for these banners? Don't want to get banned from adsense and then realised you are getting sued for using these chicks
