    There are many sites offering you link swap services like www.linkmarket.net, www.linkdiary.com etc. For more info, you better read the info provided by Mr_Kumar tips on link building which is available in the dp forum itself. But the search engines do not give much importance to link exchange programs. Hence u can go in for three way link service or one way link exchange (mostly directories). It may be free or paid one.
