Whats better, IE or Firefox?

That proved to be correct at least in my case. And because I hate having to use the refresh button every I access a new page I dumped Opera and only use it to test my work with for cross browser compatibility.

Afterall, Firefox isn't that great either when it comes to computer resources. Just because I bought a 4gigs ram pack for my PC it does not mean I can afford to spend 1,5gigs on firefox when working on localhost. Worse is when it comes to IE that provides zero support for web developers. So, the choice is up to each of you individually.

Poll results can be subjective, I voted for Firefox cause it's "less bad"

 

firefox for hundreds of reasons,
people who say IE must be unaware of firefox
firefox is faster, more secured, better error console, has plug-ins/add-ons, just as easy to use.
not to forget that IE is such a pain when using javascript and/or css.
the only good thing of IE i can think of is that it opens ftp sites in explorer directly which has been very handy to me as i dislike starting up my ftp client everytime again

 

I do like firefox.

 

I do like firebox but for some reason i always end up using IE.

 

I used FireFox - simply hate IE every since I started using FF.
It was working all great with awesome addons till the FF 3 came out - I installed it and lost all my bookmarks - my fault but then had a few crashes when doing file uploading and time out errors every now and then.

but overall - FF rules

 

Firefox hands down....

Ask any true web designer, programmer and it's firefox.

But in the end we have to design for all browsers.

Firefox 3 isn't so good, maybe because is so new and doesn't have those little bugs resolved yet. But the earlier versions of firefox are better then IE with a lot. IE have an advantage, because it is still used by a lots of peoples.
