pay pal is only the best

but after paypal 2 checkout and plimus
are good because they are offering
    to accept money via paypal.

so its again paypal who makes them good.

    Regards

If you are looking to setup account free of cost I'll say Moneybroker if you can pay $49.00 to open account 2checkout is the best

Google Checkout is in my opinion the best Paypal alternative for the US and UK sellers. Some have mentioned WorldPay but I find it rather expensive to use.

I agree, Google Checkout is the best alternate for US and UK but for the rest I would vote for MoneyBookers.

My vote goes to Moneybookers and Plimus, because they are pretty close to paypal, services wise.
2Checkout is a good option as well.

You can always use Moneybookers. That is also very effective in India. I am personally using it for more than 1 year and have encountered no problems with it. In fact, it is far better than PayPal. If you want to register in MB, Please read my last blog. You can find it in the link beneath my username. All the best.

I used PAYPAL account since last two years and it is good working for me.
I transferred my money from PAYPAL to my local bank account.
It takes five to six days for transferring to local bank account.
It is good for you if you open PAYPAL account only if you stay in INDIA.
    I am also an Indian.

There are other solutions, they are trust and honest companies as PayPal, the problem of PayPal is that they don't support many countries:

HooPay: They have 19 currencies supported, multicurrency accounts, located in tax haven country, deposit with bank wire, credit card, exchanger, API digital signature to prevent spoofing attacks, sms alerts each time that you make transactions, login, etc. Send fax, sms...

Moneybookers: They have 20s currencies, no multicurrency accounts, located in UK, deposit via bank wire, credit card, API with md5 if I don't forget it, sms alerts too, send fax, sms too.

Alertpay: They have 10-15 currencies, located in Canada, deposit via credit card and bank wire, few types of accounts...

Liberty Reserve: Only usd and eur, exchanger deposit and withdrawal, located in tax haven too.

Perfect Money: They are in Panamá, and could be a good choice too.

    Cheers
