I've started playing around with clickbank and I'm not sure what the average conversion rate is on their network. Here's a screeny of my account right now: It's hard to read, but that's 160 hops over the past week and not a single sale. I should hit about 200 hops today. Now is that average, or did I just pick a really crappy product and need to switch where I'm sending traffic?
Lot depends on the product you're pitching, but I heard somewhere that 1 sale in 100 hops is fairly common.
That's what I figured. I guess I'll let this ride out for another week or so to get 300ish hops. If it doesn't get a sale by then I'll try switching products that I'm sending the traffic to.
It depends on so many factors, just a few of them: -Quality of the products sales page -Quality of your landing page -Quality of your traffic -The Niche -Much more... Each product converts differently, and each affiliate converts differently depending on their promotion methods
