    There are many and I two of them are extra ordinary. They are Joomla and Mambo --> These two are better than Drupal, IMO! :)

    I would also suggest Joomla!, it has loads of add ons and is hugely flexible.

    mambo is alternate of drupal. joomla is complex as compare to MAMBOO and drupal

    WordPress is the best alternative. With WordPress you can achieve whatever you want. I use it as a CMS in all my websites and my clients ones and I am very happy with that.
