Hello, is there any alternative website like digg.com on internet, probably the popular one like digg.com ???? Sorry, if its wrong section to post. I don't know where to start this thread...Waiting for reply thanks...
aDigger.com was an alternative. I tried to open their site, its redirecting to www.techtagg.com now. Someone started a thread for it also at DP here.
I am new here, but I know this is wrong section. There are many posts which lists lots of popular social bookmarking site. I guess in link building or seo section. Few I think is stumbleupon, netscape, diigo, del.icio.us, reddit Here, lots of guys says stumbleupon works best. I don't experienced anyone yet. lol
From my knowledge, Stumbleupon, Reddit, Netscape, del.icio.us, are the most popular ones apart from digg. By the way, I recently wrote an article on social bookmarking websites.
Some of social bookmarking site that can increase your traffic like digg.com stumbleupon.com blinklist.com listible.com tecnorati.com
What’s the strategy for using digg to get more traffic, I cant figure it out... What’s the best content to submit?
i think there is no competitive to digg.com. if you can find strong backlinks, you can make site which is competitive to digg. they are using pligg.com script
There are many alternatives to Digg (already mentioned above in the thread). But you have to keep in mind that actually Digg doesn't have any *real* rival these days - somehow at Digg they've made it outstanding (I'm not very positive in this remark, though). --Tiggs
I highly recommend you to use stumbleupon. It has the power of Digg, without the politics. If you share great content with others in the community, you will be stumbled, and gain big time traffic. Reddit is OK, Netscape is a waste of time, Slashdot is ok if you have breaking news or really some novel thing to share. My 0,02 cents
stumbleupon is great as is reddit my personal fave is slashdot although it is a lot slower as all the content is filtered. (read no spam)
digg has no equal these days...and there is no secret to get traffic from digg. If you have an article that the community is interested in, they will digg it....
