    this is not right place to post.

    but i will give you some suggestion
    below header replace ad 728x15 to 728x90

    in sidebar remove one because visitors will think your blog is only for ads

    place ads between posts

    Wrong place to put it, but straight away i feel like i've stumbled onto a site that is made from ads with text inside it.

    Move the ads around, one at the bottom out the way, i know thats not perfect but i'd rather have 5 views with 1 click that no views because it's taken over the site.

    Well, you have not organized your ads well.
    Its looking as if you made your blog just for Ads.
    Make them look as if they are a part of your blog and not ads.
