    CPAlead.com hands down. Depends on what type of offers you are looking for though. Non-incentive based I'd say Neverblue and CPAStorm have been my favorites.

    All the networks metioned above are CPA networks, not affiliate networks.

    The top affiliate networks are CJ, Google Affiliate Network, Linkshare and Shareasale.

    CJ has a ton of advertisers with a ton of offers. Its definitely a great network to start off with.

    I think this depends on your website/niche and traffic.

    In general there are many networks around that you might wanna try :)
