What's a good registrar with full control of DNS?

Can someone please suggest a domain registrar that gives you complete control over DNS settings? I have a web server and mail server already set up, and need a registrar that has easy to configure DNS.

What other features do I need to be looking for, besides the DNS management? I can do SSL, mail, and other stuff all on my end. Is there anything else I need to be aware of?

    Thanks.

Well the number one domain register will be godaddy.
Other known domain register will be name.com.
Godaddy has all the feature listed by you, but it is not for free.

    Most have DNS management

But be careful - name.com will highjack any subdomains you don't use (at least they did in my case)

As for Godaddy - their management panel is a ridiculously complicated PITA (you need 1000000 clicks before you get to the page you want LOL)
