    I've normaly heard the average being anywhere from six to eighteen months revenue depending on how the site is setup, where the traffic is coming from and how much time it takes to maintain, normaly ten times the monthly income. I'd also say it's worth $200 to $300, lol, I would have even paid up to $400 or more depending on these other factors.
