    Definitely health, it is a good niche. The big health companies advertise here on this niche with a high CPC.

    Look, your likely going to put all kinds of time into whatever niche you chase. Do your keyword research. Here's a recent blog post that talks about it. You may need to work for a day or two to find the high paying keywords.

    Think about this - you want the URL to be relevant to your keywords, right? Then your going to optomize your site based on those same keywords, right? And how much money makes it worth your time? $10/month? $100/month? $1000/month?

    You have to set the goal that you will be happy with under the concept that your going to put in 40 hours to get the site set up and another 10-20 per week for a year or so to get any significant traffic.

    You have to start with that keyword study and engineer everything else from there. Read this article on developing a site plan. This is what you need to do....

    Niche is not only the factor here, Geo traffic location is only a big factor you should consider.
