    The Cozy Coupe is expensive, but it IS a coupe after all. Trying to buy a good coupe in this price range is difficult.

    The Chicco Play 'n Ride is only a little over the budget, but it's probably worth spending that little bit extra because you get a removable rocker base, footrest, backrest, and safety bar.

    The Chicco Play 'n Ride looks like a good steal. With those features it probably can't be beat, and it comes with 3 AAA batteries. I think you found yourself a ride.
