What's a good LIVE stats counter?

I use Google analytics and webalizer but I need a free solution that updates live and provides real time results

I like statcounter... If you don't get more than 100 or so visitors per day, you can use their free version, it's fully functional and has all sorts of tracking methods... popular pages, came from, keyword analysis and activity, search enine wars, visitor paths and lengths, visitor maps, ip logging... just to name a few.

If you get more than 100 visitors per day, you can upgrade for some pretty competetive pricing for what you get.

 

If you put your site on sale at sedo.com they will give you a free counter. I like it personally.

 

I like statcounter. It gives me useful data for free, and more data if you pay more.

 

I prefer SiteMeter. It's a very good LIVE stats counter. It can show you where your visitors came from, what location in the world, through what IP address, and more.

I'll also cast my vote for statcounter. However, I also, always install hittail on my sites too. Hittail is a huge help. It tells me what keywords were used to find my site. This information is worth its weight in gold.

Im willing to wait for accurate stats (hence use Analytics), but I guess Sedo isnt bad for LIVE stats.

 

I think so, but if you use the free account, you're limited to the number of logs it keeps for you. Hittail is unlimited and free.
