What's a good free way to disguise my hoplinks?

    I have found one method but it's very limited.
    I went to Clickaudit.com which is a free ad tracking site but only allows 10 links at a time:(

    I know some products have programs set up on their affiliate pages that do that. Does anyone know where could i get my own?

    Put this into a blank html page and save it as productname.html

    <head>
    <script language="JavaScript">
    location.href="http://yourclickbankid.dayoff.hop.clickbank.net";
    </script>

    <title>Product Name</title>

    </head>

    I'm a fan of the htaccess method too and use it on most of my affiliate sites although I must admit I have been using tinyurl as well which seems to be frowned upon around here lately.

    I can see how I would do that on a plain site but I would like to cloak Clickbank hop links on a blogger blog. Can anyone tell me how to do that?

    I can't believe GC affiliate cloaker isn't more popular, because not only does it redirect perfectly, after being redirected they won't see the address change to your hop, unlike basic html redirects. It's completely free and you guys should definitely use it.

    I use HTML redirect, but PHP redirect would be fine too.

    PHP redirects works a lot smoother than a meta refresh...

    I can't say why everyone is against TinyURL, it works fine. If someone is interested in how to make their freaking hair grow back do you seriously believe they give a fuck what links look like?

    I believe the method being shown is to create a hosted directory on a site you are able to edit an html page on, such as with a web editor or ftp, and put a page into that directory that has that information on it, substituting the generic exhibited with your own hoplink. That way, you have this page sitting on your server and the script that applies would redirect the visitor to your hoplink. In other words, where you put your link you are putting the url of the page that is called product.html, and that would hide your hoplink.

    You don't have to open a blank html page, you just make a new html page, and save it to your server.

    Someone suggests notepad, and that is good. You could also use any web editor you have and use file>>>new.

    Well, you never know what's behind TinyURL, but HTML/PHP links look much more professional and realistic...

    Is there any advantage to using .htaccess redirects rather than .php redirects? I suppose it's good to have them all in one place...

    Yes, you just edit the .htaccess file instead of creating a new php file for each redirect...

    Check PHP Link Cloaker. PHP/MySQL script you can drop into a folder on your site. It stores everything securely in a PHP/MySQL database and links look clean.

    What do you guys think about Urlfreeze ???
    I just signed up and am very impressed with its campaign tracking and link covers BUT BUT
    and this is a big but
    I hate that I have to attach an ad to the site through my affiliate link. I think If i pay them money i wont have to though. Still its a bit unseemly and I'm worried some people might be turned off from the site I'm linking because it IS a bit of an unusual ad because the banner follows your scroll
