What's a good CPM service besides Canep?

    I am trying out AdBrite, Canep and Bidvertiser...Bivertiser sucks for proxies and Adbrite inline text shows like 1% of the time on my proxified pages so Canep is the best I've got so far... anyone know any other good CPM services?
