whats a good CMS for high resolution pictures?

    Must have:
    the ability to have 160x120 text banners / Adsense codings etc for revenue
    the ability to upload alot of folders of pictures. Once upload the CMS automatically detects the folders and adds them to the site and does the pages etc
    if it could resize the pictures to whatever I specify that would be nice too, but not necessary.

    Hope I don't need a custom one done up.

    Open to suggestions :)
