What's a good article manager or blog script for multiple domains?

I'm sure many of you have asked yourself this question...

What's a good article manager or blog script for multiple domains? Say you want to host a bunch of domains that direct to one landing page that has an article, or a small handful of articles?

I've got a hack that allows me to run multiple Wordpress blogs, but I don't like it. I'd rather have something that does what I want, natively.

    Thanks in advance.

I don't believe hosting a bunch of domains directing to one landing page is a good idea. This could be seen as duplicate content which search engines don't like.

Actually I didn't explain myself clearly.

I just want to let multiple domains use the same database and tables and code. If I have to install a new copy of WordPress for each one, that won't scale well if I run 100 or 500 domains, just so they can each have one or a few pages.

Pretend for a moment that I just want to have 100 domains, each with a few articles. With WordPress, by default I'd have to install a different copy for each one, right?
