I'm looking at a domain right now. Reporting almost 10,000 searches a month for the domain keyword and no competition. Is that good? Something I can perhaps buy and flip? 7 Letter .Com as well. 2 words, one word is a 4 character other is a 3. Controversial as well.
I used adwords tool and it comes back with searches for the exact keyword and then related keywords. Global Searches: 9,900 Local Searches: 8,100 I'm guessing global means world and local means US. But the domain is a hmm whats the word... partial domain... maybe? So here's a phrase WORD word WORD. My Domain is WORD WORD not including word. But the two WORDS are the main two WORDS and the word would give my two WORDS a broader meaning. So with that said I suppose on top of the 10K searches for my Domain I could also start competing for broader keywords that WORDwordWORD.com are capturing. Could prove to be valuable.
