    the benefit from the blog submission is that you can get back links to your website. the traffic of your website is getting higher and you can get the business as your is having the heavy traffic.

    make website of something u interested.
    then make few blogs and put ur websites lin/add their
    then do black hat SEO of ur blogs :)
    u will get traffic by black hat seo and if ur blogs banned by .......... dont care because ur site is working :)
    and story goes on like this
    again and again

    Blog submission can get you backlinks. But its not the only way you can also use blogs by commenting. Make sure that what you leave in the comment box are genuine comments and not trash/spam comments that the admin will most likely deny.
